The No Doubt is a 60-foot sportfishing boat based out of Fort Morgan, offering private offshore fishing charters designed for comfort, flexibility, and fun. Most charter boats are limited to six passengers. The No Doubt is Coast Guard inspected and certified to carry up to 23 guests, making it one of the few private offshore fishing charters on Alabama’s Gulf Coast where large groups can stay together. Whether you’re looking to hardcore fish or simply enjoy a day on the Gulf, our experienced crew tailors each trip to your group — with room for up to 23 passengers.

Captain Chase has spent his entire life on the water and brings more than 25 years of professional offshore charter fishing experience to every trip. An avid outdoorsman, he’s also guided deer hunts and has built his career around sharing the outdoors with others. As owner of KOKA Charters, Chase takes pride in creating safe, comfortable, and memorable experiences for families, friends, and anglers of all experience levels. Whether you’re chasing your first red snapper or simply enjoying a day on the Gulf, his goal is simple: help you relax, catch fish, and have a great day on the water.

Brannon grew up in Georgia with one goal in mind: to build a life on the water. His passion for offshore fishing eventually brought him to Alabama, where he joined the KOKA crew to turn a lifelong dream into a career. Friendly, patient, and always ready to lend a hand, Brannon enjoys helping everyone—from young anglers catching their first fish to experienced fishermen looking for their next big catch. How many people can come on a trip?
KOKA Charters is federally licensed to take up to 23 passengers, making us a great choice for families, corporate outings, bachelor parties, church groups, sports teams, and other large groups. We also welcome smaller private groups who simply want plenty of room to spread out.
Do we need a fishing license?
No. Your fishing licenses are included with every charter. Just show up ready to fish—we’ll take care of the rest.
What fish can we catch?
That depends on the season and sea conditions. Red snapper are our most popular target during snapper season, but we also catch species like king mackerel, Spanish mackerel, vermilion snapper, triggerfish, and more throughout the year. Captain Chase will recommend the best fishing based on what’s biting.
Do you provide rods, reels, bait, and tackle?
Yes! We provide quality fishing equipment, bait, tackle, and ice for your catch. You don’t need to bring any fishing gear unless you have a favorite rod you’d like to use.
Can we bring food and drinks?
Absolutely. You’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks. Our air-conditioned cabin has plenty of room for coolers, and if you’re on one of our longer trips, you’re welcome to use the Big Green Egg grill onboard.
Is there a bathroom on the boat?
Yes. No Doubt has a private restroom, a large air-conditioned cabin, comfortable seating, and plenty of shade, making longer trips much more enjoyable for families and groups.
Where do we meet?
We depart from Fort Morgan Marina, just west of Gulf Shores. Meet us at the picnic tables directly behind Tacky Jacks II about 10 minutes before the trip.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Safety always comes first. If Captain Chase determines that weather or sea conditions make it unsafe to fish, we’ll work with you to reschedule your trip or discuss your available options.
